Provision of services to ANEP as Consultant of Technical Support for an Application Service Provider (ASP) Project aiming at the development of electronic services for the support of all Small & Medium-sized Enterprises of Piraeus.

Description :OTEplus undertook the provision of services to ANEP as Consultant of Technical Support for an Application Service Provider (ASP) Project.

More analytically, the project is comprised of the following tasks:
Update feasibility studies
Drafting of requirements and tender documents concerning the project as well the final design document.
Monitoring and review of the project time schedule
Supporting the deliverable acceptance for each completed sub-project, in collaboration with the Steering Committee.
Submission of periodical project implementation progress reports to the Supervisory Committee, reporting problems that might had occurred and/or possible deviations from the project objectives.
Submission of Monthly and Quarterly expenses statements to EYD (special administrative office of Attica ROP).
Monitoring the Progress Reports of the subcontractors in other sub-projects and drafting relevant remarks to the Steering Committee.
Briefing Special monitor unit of the Attica ROP and Information Society S.A. about the project progress.

Technical support services for the implementation of the IT system for the Special Registry Office of Athens (ELA)

Description :The objective of the project included:
support in organizing, managing, monitoring & coordinating all subprojects and the main project (IT system implementation, Digitisation of all handwritten documents).
development of studies and provision of technical support on special technical and other matters (IT security, Change Management etc).
support the project owners on monitoring the fulfilment of the contractual terms by the main project contractor.

Central Support Structure for the Business and Technological Development Centers
Client : Organization for Business & Technological Development (O.E.T.A.)

Description :The project scope included the provision of Consulting and Technical support for the operation of the Central Support Structure (KEDY) of the Business and Technological Centres (KETA). The Central Support Structure is composed of a team of experts monitoring, supporting the operation and further development of the Business and Technological Centres nationwide, through the provision of consultancy services and operational services via customized tools.

The role of OTEplus, as a member of a Consortium of 10 partners, was to:
Develop and submit Quality Plans, including Manuals for ISO 9000, 14000 and HACCP, so as to support the consultancy work of the Business and Technological Centres towards third companies seeking for related consulting
Design and implement training program for the employees - consultants of Business and Technological Centres so as to be able to provide effective guidance and support to companies
Provide two business consultants on a full-time basis to support the operation of the Central Support Structure (KEDY).
